We are so proud to announce the launch of our newly founded Women’s Health Club at Westside High School! This group is all about empowering, encouraging, and supporting young women as they grow in confidence, health, and leadership. Senior Aniyah Gates recognized the need and took the initiative to begin the organization. We are beyond proud of Aniyah and these amazing ladies for stepping up and being part of something that will make a difference in our school community.

Today, the Westside Warrior Marching Band attended the 2nd Annual Gosnell Pirate Invitational! They came away with several awards, including: In class 2A - 3rd place colorguard - 1st place percussion - 1st place in class 2A The Warrior Marching Band also placed 1st overall and are GRAND CHAMPIONS!

Travel Club will have a parent meeting in the WHS Library at 6 P.M. on Tuesday, September 30, to discuss fall and spring trips.

Please see the attached document related to the Act 1240 Waiver that has been requested by Westside High School. This is a waiver that we have had for the past several years that allows us to provide intervention time and allows students to be able to see all of their teachers on Fridays.

The Warrior boys’ and girls’ golf teams hit the course today at the District Tournament! We’re proud of all of their hard work this season. 🙌🙌❤️🤍

Congratulations to Senior Will Ferguson, who placed 4th overall and qualified for the State Tournament! It’s a great day to be a Warrior!

WHS will proudly celebrate our Cross Country Seniors on Thursday, September 25, 2025. All participants and escorts will need to arrive in the WHS Gym lobby by 5:45pm with the celebration starting at approximately 6:15 (between games).

Westside AFJROTC continues to inspire through their commitment to service.
