Seventh grade and junior high football make up game with Southside will be on Monday, Oct. 13. 7th grade at 5:30 with junior high to follow.

Westside School District will host a Flu vaccine Clinic on Tuesday, Oct. 14 at the Middle School and High school campuses. On Wednesday, Oct. 15, it will be at the Elementary. Forms can be picked up in the nurses office.

7th grade and Jr. High Football games are CANCELLED TONIGHT. there has been a scheduling issue with officials and these games will not be able to be played. We are working with Southside administration to find a replacement date later on in this season.

The WHS Children’s Volunteer Club is leading its annual Socktober collection, gathering new and gently used socks for foster children during the month of October. Donations will be given to Together We Foster.

Westside Elementary, Middle, and High School are all joining together to support this meaningful cause. ❤️🤍💪

Collection boxes are available in the front offices of each school. Thank you for helping us spread kindness and warmth this season!

Meeting for Parents of Homeschooled Students – Equitable Services Information

If you are the parent of a homeschooled child who meets the following criteria, this is for you. The Westside Consolidated School District, Office of Special Education, will hold a meeting with parents of students:

who live in the school district,
have a child who has/had an IEP in a public school setting,
and are currently homeschooling.

Your child may be eligible to receive equitable services through a service plan. Please join Dr. Kammerer on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. via Zoom. If you are interested in attending or have any questions, please contact the Special Education Department at 870-935-7501. Today, Westside Consolidated School District held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Westside High School addition. This exciting project marks an important step forward in continuing to provide our students with the best opportunities and facilities for learning and growth.
