AFJROTC is hosting a Terri Tyner Memorial Blood Drive on September 3rd between 8:30 A.M. and 2:30 P.M. in the high school library. If you are eligible, please consider joining us. Anyone who attempts to donate will receive free snacks and a free t-shirt.

Your donation could save up to three lives and help our Warriors earn scholarships. Pre-register to ensure that the Red Cross sends enough supplies and staff. Donors must be seventeen or older or sixteen with a signed parent permission form (available in the library). Please bring your ID. Thank you!

WHS concurrent credit students attended the Scarlet Shirt Freshmen Orientation today at Arkansas State University. Students heard from AState reps, took a campus tour, had lunch in the student union, and were able to get their AState student ID. As always, our Westside Warriors represented our school and community with integrity and respect and we could not be more proud of them. It's always a Great Day to be a Warrior!!!!

Big things are happening at Westside High School! For the first time, Agri-grown produce from our students made its way into the cafeteria. Our Advanced Plant Science students proudly donated fresh cucumbers yesterday alongside Mr. Jamie Moody with Opaa!, our new food service partner this school year.

This milestone represents the start of an exciting partnership — connecting what students grow in class with what gets served on lunch trays. Hands-on learning, healthy food, and Warrior pride all in one. ❤️🤍

On Tuesday, WHS ARJROTC Cadets completed their first food pack of the school year at the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas. Together, they packed over 16,000 meals for families in need.
